Author Investment & Opportunities

$5,000 Flat Fee

Covers book fees per guest, rentals, basic tech/AV, light bites, refreshments, barware, and on-site staff. Fee can be offset with sponsors secured by the author. Full payment is due two weeks before the event.

Sponsor Partnerships

Sponsors add value, help offset costs, and increase audience engagement. Loopwell features sponsors across all event promotions.

Next Step Toward a Memorable Book Launch

Email us at hello@loopwithus.com to select your ideal event date. We typically schedule events two months in advance, on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 6:30–9:00 PM, though alternate evenings can be explored.

Once we hear from you, we’ll arrange a brief planning meeting and provide a final event agreement and run-of-show to ensure every detail is aligned for a successful launch.
