About Moderator Dr. Komal, M.D., ABAARM, DipABLM:

Dr. Komal Yadav is a triple board-certified physician in Family Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine. She completed her medical school training at Saint Louis University in Missouri and her residency in Family Medicine at Advent Health in Florida. After spending 8 years in the traditional medical setting, she grew frustrated with the “quick-fix/band-aid” approach to healthcare, which often failed to address the root causes of illness. This led her to seek additional training in Functional Medicine so she could have the tools to provide a more proactive and holistic approach to healing.

Dr. Yadav specializes in women’s health and hormonal balance, working closely with her patients to identify and address the underlying causes of their health concerns. With a unique approach that integrates Eastern traditions with Western medical advancements, she focuses on treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Her mission is to inspire sustainable lifestyle changes that empower individuals to achieve vibrant health and lifelong well-being.
