Cultivating Mind-Body Connection: Unlocking the Power of Presence
In our fast-paced world, there is a tendency to get distracted and swept up in the currents of life. But what if you could tap into a wellspring of peace and joy everyday by simply...pausing? There is power in the pause.

In this transformative workshop, Dr. Erwin, Professor of Education, author, and long-time yoga student will discuss how to raise awareness about the mind-body connection within ourselves as well as the children we care about.

Engage in this delightful journey to learn how the practice of quieting the mind invites greater focus, clarity, creativity, and connection in everyday life.  Discover simple ways to notice narratives, navigate stress, and regulate energy.

Whether you're seeking ways to elevate a personal sense of well-being or how to cultivate mindful habits with loved ones, this workshop will provide a fun and nurturing space to:

  • Explore mindfulness techniques that spark joy and inquiry

  • Learn a variety of tools to stay grounded when navigating uncertainty or challenges

  • Gain insights into planting and sprouting seeds of presence at home or on the go.
