7 - 9 pm
Loopwell is honored to welcome Jillian Pransky for the exclusive launch of her forthcoming book, The Power of the Pause—a timely guide to cultivating clarity, steadiness, and compassion in a world that rarely slows down. The evening will be moderated by Lisa Weinert, author, editor, and founder of Narrative Healing.
In her new book, Jillian reveals how a simple 90-second pause can interrupt stress patterns, regulate the nervous system, and shift us from reactive to intentional. Drawing from neuroscience, psychology, somatic wisdom, and decades of teaching, The Power of the Pause offers a practical, compassionate roadmap for navigating modern life with greater presence.
Join us for an intimate conversation between Jillian and Lisa as they explore:
Why pausing is essential in a world of constant stimulation
How a brief pause helps regulate the nervous system
The shift from habitual reactions to intentional responses
How pausing opens the door to deeper connection—with ourselves and each other
The evening includes a guided reflection, meaningful discussion, and an open Q+A as we celebrate the release of Jillian’s new work.
