Loopwell is thrilled to welcome Jen Fisher for an intimate evening celebrating her groundbreaking new book, Hope is the Strategy.

What if everything you've been taught about leadership is burning you out? Jen Fisher knows—she lived it. After hitting rock bottom, she became the first Chief Wellbeing Officer in professional services and discovered something radical: hope isn't soft. It's strategy.

In Hope is the Strategy, Jen dismantles the myth that great leadership requires sacrifice and suffering. Instead, she reveals hope as a learnable, measurable skill that transforms not just how we lead, but whether we—and our teams—can sustain the journey.

Through science-backed research, raw personal narrative, and real-world transformation stories, this book offers a roadmap for creating workplaces where people don't just survive—they thrive. The book challenges us with an urgent question: If the systems breaking us were designed by humans, can't they be redesigned by us?

Join us for an intimate evening where we'll explore:

  • Why hope is your most underrated leadership tool—and how to build it like any other strategic skill

  • How to recognize burnout as a system failure, not a personal failing

  • The neuroscience of hope—and its measurable impact on resilience, culture, and performance

  • Practical tools to assess and cultivate hope in yourself, your team, and your organization

  • How leaders are redesigning work—moving their organizations from depletion to renewal
