Beyond the Checkup: Building a Living Model of Wellness

Women’s health is in the midst of transformation. For decades, care has been defined in silos—doctor visits on one side, wellness trends on the other. But women don’t live in silos. Health is lived daily, influenced as much by community, habits, and environment as by lab results or prescriptions. The real opportunity now is not to replace what exists, but to weave these threads into something more connected, more human, and more sustainable.

Across the country, we’re seeing momentum. Innovations in hormone health, nutrition, sleep, and mental well-being are expanding access and choice. What’s emerging is a clear need for integration—credible medical insight paired with the support and consistency to make it real in daily life. That’s the vision behind Loopwell × hol+: a new collaboration designed to connect science and community, guidance and practice, so that well-being is not only understood, but lived.

This shift is already underway. At Loopwell, we’ve seen how transformative it can be when world-class expertise meets hands-on community practice. Through our Gurus to Grassroots™ initiative, wellness leaders like Deepak Chopra, Dr. Sharon Malone, Dr. Judith Joseph, Dr. Aditi Nerurkar, Dr. Kelly Casperson, and now Dr. Taz, are brought directly into local communities through interactive experiences. These intimate, hands-on programs allow women to reset hormones, reclaim energy, and restore balance—turning big ideas into daily, lived practice.

With hol+, founded by Dr. Taz Bhatia, we’re deepening that approach: bringing integrative medical care directly into the fabric of community practice, and creating a space where wellness is something women can truly live every day. hol+ brings the rigor of integrative and functional medicine, blending clinical insight with a holistic view of women’s health. Loopwell provides the lived ecosystem: programming, connection, and a supportive environment for daily habits. Together, the partnership isn’t about a perfect solution—it’s about a meaningful step toward an ecosystem where guidance and practice coexist, where health is nurtured as a whole.

To celebrate this partnership, we’ll host The Hormone Shift: A hol+ Pop-Up Residency with Dr. Taz on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, in Montclair, NJ. This intimate experience gives the community a firsthand look at her groundbreaking approach to hormone health—blending science + spirit™ with the wisdom of Eastern and Western medicine—and marks the first time Loopwell is integrating functional medicine into a holistic, daily-practice framework to help women reset hormones, reclaim energy, and restore balance.

The future of women’s health won’t be built by replacing the current system or relying on fragmented trends. It will be built by connecting the dots—bringing science and spirit, knowledge and community, expertise and lived experience into the same conversation. The Loopwell × hol+ partnership is one expression of that future: a meaningful step toward a living model of wellness, giving women the tools to not just achieve health, but sustain it between visits.
