  • Yes! We are an in-person well-being hub with an integrated weekly schedule. We also host events and productions in our space based on availability. If you are interested in renting the space please contact us here for more information. Our team can lend their expertise to those looking to incorporate well-being experiences into their event.

  • We only rent for full days (not by the hour), you can rent one studio for $5,000 or the entire space for $8,000 for up to 12 hours. This includes a studio and kitchen manager but does not include catering. Should you require catering or have more than 100 people, rental of the entire space is mandatory. We can send you a price and spec sheet upon inquiry that highlights all assets.

  • Yes, we are a turnkey operation. Our premium caterers know our kitchen and provide an incredible amount of options for our clients. Our kitchen manager will help you coordinate your shoot or event. Should you want to bring in a caterer outside of our approved list we will review their credentials and they will be required to work with our kitchen manager.

  • With 16 VIP private parking spaces and ample on-street parking right in front of the studio, we have the best parking in Montclair. We also offer Valet Parking if interested.

  • Yes, we are right across the street from beautiful, 20-acre Glenfield Park designed by the Olmsted brothers who also designed Central Park. The park recently had a $10 million renovation and includes a walking path, nature walk, community center, basketball and tennis courts, football and baseball fields. We work closely with the park to obtain film permits.

  • Yes, we have a 7,500 square foot cobblestone courtyard, which includes patio furniture, greenery, music speakers, and a chiminea.

  • Yes, a Certificate of Insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate) and if applicable, host liquor liability ($1,000,000) is mandatory for every event or shoot at least 10 days in advance. It’s standard on most insurance policies, but if you need coverage we can provide resources via our contract.

  • We are always looking for accredited experts in their respective fields. We have an in-depth review process and look forward to getting to know you better. Please submit your information here.

  • If you notify us more than 24 hours in advance of the event, yes, we will reimburse you for the event. If it's within that time period we can not refund your fee due to incurred costs.

  • We have created bespoke group retreats for the day or overnight experiences. It's a unique, healthy and beneficial way to bond with friends. We can cater to group tastes and interests.

  • We require a 50% deposit and $500 security deposit when you book the space, which is refundable as long as you cancel more than 10 days prior to your reserved date. If we facilitate any third party contracts that are not refundable then you will be responsible for those payments. All payments are due 10-days in advance of your shoot or event.

  • Certified check, wire transfer, Zelle Pay or credit card. All credit processing requires a 3% processing fee.

  • Yes, we offer a full menu with 48-hour notice. We can accommodate 24-hour rush notice for an additional fee.

  • Yes! You are more than welcome to use our integrated AV system with wireless bluetooth capabilities. If you require our AV tech there is a separate charge for their time.

  • Yes, we have more than 500 props for rent in the studio or our nearby props garage available for your convenience. Please see our props page for pricing. You are welcome to bring in your own rentals from outside vendors as well.

  • If there is no rental prior to your event you may set up the day before. If you do not require a full day, we will enable you to rent for the half-day and half-day fee.

  • Yes, we create unique experiences for companies or groups to help them bond, learn and grow. We’ve already customized dozens of experiences for our clients based on their needs, culture and timing. We will also film the content for you as well.Once you commit to a date, we'll collaborate with you to build something meaningful.

  • Yes, our unique space has 3 large bay tours that are at ground level that are designed for easy loading, vehicle and wheelchair access.

  • We have six gender-neutral private bathrooms and one changing room with a shower and full-length mirror.

  • We have a cleaning crew that comes after every event for a $250 service fee.

  • You can move the furniture as you see fit-please protect the floors and move back to it’s original location. Anything hung must be approved by the studio manager in advance.

  • Yes, we will share specs with you. Loop has 1,000 amps of power and dedicated cam-lok systems with 200 amps. We have a ceiling grid and panels in every room. We have a flexible light setting that allows you to change house lights easily with internal choices.

  • We are pet friendly as long as your animal is well-trained and friendly. You will be responsible for your pet. If your pet llama is not house-trained, please do not bring it.

  • Yes, Bay Street and Glen Ridge Train station is ½ mile or 3-minute walk from our front door. The Bloomfield Ave bus is a 7-minute walk. We can also arrange for a private car service or Uber inclusion in advance.
