Kickstart your Spring season with an opportunity for inner stillness. In this sound bath, you will be guided to release things that no longer serve you on a physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and/or spiritual level honoring the full moon in the sign of Scorpio. Singing bowls for each chakra, gong, and bells from Nepal have high vibrational frequencies that balance and calm the mind, body, and spirit.
Open up to the 7 colors of your chakras in a guided healing meditation and breath work session with a sound healing journey. We will be focusing on releasing each of the chakras and this particular intuitive full moon is a great time for personal growth, emotional healing, and letting go of old patterns to make way for new beginnings. It’s a time for introspection, to dive deep into your subconscious and shed light on hidden aspects of yourself. After the sound bath, there will be an opportunity to share your experiences and journal. Herbal tea will also be served.

Vinni is a multi-faceted healer and founder of Chakra Wellness. Having been blessed with spiritual gifts since she was a child, Vinni has always been drawn to the “high vibe” aspects of life - Yoga, meditation, energy work, and Ayurvedic practices. After 20+ years as a Human Resources leader, she decided to make the leap leaving the corporate world behind entirely. By combining her previous leadership and executive coaching experience with her intuitive heart-driven passions, she created Chakra Wellness intending to provide holistic integrated services that would help strengthen the mind, body, and spiritual health of her clients.
Vinni furthered her Yoga education by participating in the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal where she received her RYT certificate of 500 hours. She attended the New York Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach. She is a Usui-certified Reiki master, a Nepal-certified sound bowl healer, Qi Gong instructor, and a mind-body intuitive.
