Our nervous systems are activated.  What if this time of uncertainty is a time of a massive upgrade for those who are ready to step into their purpose and magnetism? What if we used this energy as a time to activate our soul’s power instead of external energy? We see the signs everywhere, how do we step into our radiance? 

In a world that often teaches us to disconnect from the body, this workshop is an invitation to return to the miracle zone.  Like nature, when we soften, feel, breathe, and awaken the aliveness within, we activate an opportunity. 

Through gentle yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, mindfulness, sound and embodied movement, we will explore the connection between the nervous system, the heart, and the body. 

This workshop is designed to assist us in moving out of survival mode and fear and into community and support. Together we can blossom.
