A 90-Minute Vision Board Experience at Loopwell

There is something powerful about pausing at the start of a year and asking yourself:
What future am I intentionally creating? Not someday, not when life slows down, right now.

A vision board is far more than a creative project. It is a grounding practice that helps you clarify what matters most and translate it into imagery your mind can act on. Whether you are a business executive, a stay-at-home parent, a student, a community leader, or someone simply craving direction, this experience helps you reconnect with your inner compass.

Neuroscience shows that the brain responds to vivid imagery almost as strongly as real experience. When you visualize your goals with intention, your brain begins building the pathways that support focus, motivation, and consistent action. This is why elite performers, leaders, and innovators rely on visualization as part of their growth practice.

When you can see your vision, you are more likely to bring it to life.

This 90-minute workshop welcomes anyone who wants to begin 2026 with more clarity, more confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. It is equally meaningful for individuals and for groups who want a shared way to reconnect around wellbeing and possibility.

What to Expect

During this experience, you will:

 • Pause and reflect on the season of life you are stepping into

 • Engage in a guided visualization to help you clarify what you want more of in the year ahead

 • Create your personal vision board using materials we provide (and anything meaningful you choose to bring).
• Leave with a physical canvas that reflects who you are becoming, something you can return to throughout 2026 for grounding and direction.

This is a workshop about more than goals. It is about alignment, intention, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been quiet for too long.
