Loopwell is honored to host Dr. Heather Hirsch for a special evening in celebration of her upcoming book, The Perimenopause Survival Guide: Make Sense of Your Symptoms and Build Your Personalized Treatment Plan.

A compassionate leader in women’s midlife care and founder of the Menopause Clinic at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Dr. Hirsch is on a mission to give women the information, validation, and guidance they deserve during one of the most misunderstood phases of life: perimenopause.

During this intimate gathering, Dr. Hirsch will share insights from The Perimenopause Survival Guide—a clear, science-backed resource designed to help women navigate symptoms, feel empowered in their care, and reclaim vitality in midlife.

Expect practical tools and knowledge to:

  • Understand what’s really driving your symptoms and how to interpret them

  • Explore proven, FDA-approved treatment options and how to evaluate what’s right for you

  • Recognize why managing perimenopause now is crucial for long-term health

  • Advocate for yourself and create a personalized care plan aligned with your needs and goals

Join us for a meaningful evening of conversation, reflection, and community as we bring light to a transition too often left in the dark.
